Daylight saving time
Casablanca does not observe daylight saving time, so the clock stays on Western European Standard Time (UTC+0) all year. That makes the gap to places that do switch, like New York or London, change by an hour twice a year.
Good to know
Morocco keeps its clocks at UTC+1 for most of the year but sets them back to UTC+0 during the month of Ramadan, so the date of the change moves every year.
