Mexico City does not observe daylight saving time, so the clock stays on Central Standard Time (UTC−6) all year. That makes the gap to places that do switch, like New York or London, change by an hour twice a year.
Good to know
Mexico ended daylight saving time for most of the country in 2022, so Mexico City now stays on UTC−6 all year.
